Personal corporations are exempt from holding AGMs if they provide their fiscal statements to their users inside five months of the top from the fiscal calendar year. This regulation was enacted in August 2018.As per the company’s Structure, associates are entitled to vote, unless there are Fantastic conditions like non-payment of issued shares.
